Commission Types:
Terms Of Service
• Please provide references if possible, especially for OC’s• I reserve the right to refuse any commssion• I will send the final product through email for best quality• Please do not make excessive revisions through the commission process. Any revision made after the work is first accepted as complete will be charged 10$ more as it will be harder to edit.• Commissions below 40$ must be made up front before the commission is started
• Commissions above 40$ must be paid at least half upfront before the commission is started.• Commissions are for Personal use Only, unless you pay a commercial feePersonal use:
• You may post or print your commission,
• If posted you must credit me (@mountainfawn / Jasper Lee)
• Posting includes pfp and banners
You are not allowed to:
• Resell personal commissions
• Sell on merch or promotional use
• Claim credit for the artwork

Commercial use:
• You can use your commission as a branding logo/icon, for promotional use and may resell it on merchandise.
• Post it to personal and business accounts, with credit (@mountainfawn / Jasper Lee)

I reserve the creator/artistic rights to the artwork itself, and may post any commission to my social media but will not resell it or put it on merchandise without your permission.
Cancellations:• If I cancel, you will receive a full refund (Minus the trasnfer tax)
• If you cancel, you will receive a partial refund
• No refunds after 2 weeks of commission placement

To reiterate from my TOS payment will be made via Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo.
I will NOT accept Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency.

Commercial use fee:
Small creators/brands (under 1k followers): commission price + 50$ Flat
Medium creators/brands (1k-10k followers): commission price + 150$ with 15% sales commissions
Large creators/brands (10k+ followers): commission price + 300$ with 30% sales commission
Corperations: commissions price and 500$+
